Gilbert Rincon Wins Individual Junior Coach of the Year
Genesee Valley Sport Center’s own tennis program director, Gilbert Rincon has won this year’s Individual Junior Coach of the Year.
Gilbert has been the director at GVSC since 1995, however he has been teaching tennis since 1966. He continues to prove his skills as a coach, especially by winning this year’s award. We are pleased to have him on our staff.

Free Tennis for CA Middle School
Attention Carman-Ainsworth Middle School Students: Get ready for High School Tennis now!
Genesee Valley Sports Center is offering free tennis classes.
Introduction to tennis for players interested in learning skills needed to play high school tennis, get started early and improve your chances of making the team. Take advantage of this FREE holiday program. Registration is required and space is limited, so sign up early!
November 27-November 29 and January 1st-3rd. Call GVSC at 238-9691 to sign up.
Membership Packages
All memberships require a minimum of a one-year commitment. Memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis after the first year. Their is no initiation fee.
Full Club Membership
This membership features unlimited basketball and tennis court time, walk-on privileges and full use of the fitness and basketball center. Tennis reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance limited to one hour per day.

GVSC women’s travel teams capture SEMTA titles

FLINT, Michigan — Genesee Valley Sports Center had two of its women’s travel tennis teams win championships in the Southeast Michigan Tennis Association.
Winning titles for GVSC were its 3.0 and 3.5 teams. It is the second straight year the club’s 3.5 team has take top honors.
Flint native Aundrey Markee takes over GVSC

FLINT, Michigan — Aundrey Markee has gotten off to a running start as the new owner of Genesee Valley Tennis Center.
To start with, the Flint Township resident has changed the name of the club to Genesee Valley Sports Center.
