Spinning
Spinning classes are available six times a week:
Monday: 6:15 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM
Classes are taught by instructors Matt Assenmacher and Jesse Gould. Matt instructs on Monday and Saturdays, and Jesse teaches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays.
Price:
Member- $4.00 (Daily), $35 (10 Sessions), $60 (20 Sessions)
Non-Member- $7.00 (Daily), $40 (10 Sessions), $75 (20 Sessions)

Class Description:
Created by “Johnny G” Goldberg in the 1980’s, Spinning is an hour long class that provides you with an effective aerobic workout during the off season. The instructor talks you through your workout as motivational music plays in the background, making you visualize cycling in the outdoors.
What makes spinning so great? It tones your quads and burns calories (approx. 450 in 45 minutes). You don’t have to be coordinated like in other aerobic classes and can concentrate on your form. The instructor leads the class, but you can go at your own pace. Sign up with Matt or Jesse today!
