Taekwondo Fitness
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and Olympic sport. The focus lies on the beauty and power of kicks; as well as punching, striking and blocking techniques. It’s an excellent cross-training workout that will enhance your strength, endurance, flexibility, and
cardiovascular fitness. In addition, you’ll learn valuable self-defense skills. This class focuses on the fitness aspect of Taekwondo, making it a great workout for all skill levels and ages. This class is taught by Dominic Kim two days a week.
Class Times:
Monday & Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm
Price:
Members: $40 adults, $60 children (month), $10 drop-in
Non-Members: $64 adults, $78 children (month), $15 drop-in
