Yoga

Yoga develops a strong and flexible body, while relieving stress and calming the mind. Classes are ongoing; you can start anytime and your first class is FREE! Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Hatha yoga are basic level classes taught by Becky Titmus. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursdays 8am-9am.
