can you pay monthly for the fitness portion and how much extra is the trainer

Yes, you can pay month to month. A trainer is $35 per session or you can buy 10 sessions at $25 per session. We also have group rates if you want to come in with 2 friends.

how does the tennis only membership work?
which is the better way of joining: tennis membership or full club membership if we (wife and I)
want to play tennis 1x a week?

If you get the tennis only membership, you pay $32 a month, but everytime you play tennis you have to pay court time. Right now the court time is $7.50 per hour, but that is only a summer special. When Fall and Winter come, the prices change depending on the day and time (the highest being 12.50 and hour). I would suggest you sign up to the Advantage membership (the full club membership). If you both sign up together fro the advantage membership, one person will get their membership for $79 and the second person will get the membership for $49. This will save you money in the long run and you will be able to play tennis whenever you want and workout whenever you want. When were you looking at coming in to sign up? I work Tuesday (8/17), Thursday (8/19), and Friday (8/20) night if you would like to come in during the evening and sign up, I will be here to help you out. My name is Beth. If I am not here when you come in, the girl at the front desk can help you out, just tell them you talked to me about the memberships.

I’m interested in tennis lessons. What would be the cost? Do I need to obtain membership? Thank you!

If you have a membership, the lessons are cheaper, and so are any clinics you would like to do. For a tennis lesson for a nonmember, the price is $60. For a member, the lesson is $50. To get just a tennis membership, it is $32 a month. If you want to play tennis without court fees, and want to use the entire facility (fitness, basketball, tennis, and the pool at AmericInn), the advantage membership would be $79.

@Beth re tennis: So, in the long run instead of saving i’ll end up paying more since I’ll be paying $50 as a member plus $32 a month. Unless i play at least 3 times a week..??

To be honest, it all depends on how much you are doing: how many lessons, how many clinics, etc. If you want to do more than 4 lessons a month, then I would get the membership. If you want to do clinics on top of the lessons, it will save you in the long run. If you want, you can come in to the gym and we can discuss which option is better for you.
